SALES
If you are interested in representing our company in sales you must be prepared to complete a rigorous training program. Our sales representatives have the title of Product Specialists because they are! They are not your typical home improvement sales people. They earn a higher than normal income because they have taken the time and applied the effort to truly learn everything necessary to be able to provide our customers expert recommendations. Their product knowledge is unparalleled. They understand all of the products in the Andersen line and KNOW which to recommend for each of our customers applications.
Just as importantly they KNOW how our installers will replace their clients windows. You do not need to be able to install the windows BUT you will learn how it is done. That way you will be able to explain to your customer what they can expect.
If you are a high pressure, slick talking sales type you need NOT apply. We follow a consultative sales philosophy. |

Installers
If you are an experienced replacement window installer and customer satisfaction is your MOST important concern then you may qualify to join our Operations Team. We have the highest paid installers because we employ only the best window mechanics.
You MUST be able to pass a drug test. If you are using please do not waste your time applying to our company. We maintain strict adherence to our drug and alcohol policies. |
