Window & Door

Your Windows and/or Doors are warranted under a fully transferable, 100% non-pro-rated

limited warranty covering parts, labor, and original installation services as follows:

 

We warrant that your windows and/or doors have been installed properly thus warranting against product failure due to improper installation.

 

TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON INSTALLATION

 

Installation of your window or door products by an authorized installer is warranted for a period of ten (10) years from the original installation. During this period, should your window or door fail to perform according to our specifications due to improper original installation, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards, at no cost to you.

 

TWENTY YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON GLASS

 

In the event a glass failure occurs as a result of a defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship within the limited warranty period, we may elect to either repair or replace the defective sash or door panel, at no cost to you. Such repairs and replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPONENTS OTHER THAN GLASS

 

During the warranty period, we may elect to either repair or replace any defective products or components for you, at no cost. Such repairs and replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original manufacturers’ warranty period.

 

All other general conditions and exclusions covered in Manufacturers’ Windows & Doors Limited Warranties, not discussed above, remain as stated in manufacturers’ warranty.

888-702-2797. Please be prepared to give the serial number of the affected product (located on a label affixed to the top or side of inside of window frame.)

This warranty is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, which will be issued and become effective only after customer has paid ARW Specialists, Inc. in full.
